Brian is a search consultant with Riviera Partners, an executive placement firm that serves technology start-up businesses in the Bay Area. He helps early to mid-stage venture-backed companies find top-tier senior software engineers for their engineering teams.
Before moving to the Bay Area, he worked as a business consultant in Washington DC, helping to develop and promote a web site for the Department of Homeland Security and integrate new technologies into the Department of Defense. His first career was in Naval Aviation, flying S-3 Viking jets from a number of aircraft carriers in the Pacific Ocean.
