Brian’s background is as an attorney specializing in advising venture capital funds and startups. Most recently prior to Fuzz, Brian ran his own practice where clients included New Enterprise Associates, International Finance Corporation, Higher Function, Inc., Sonoa Systems, Inc., and FuGen Solutions, Inc., among many others. Previously, Brian was in house at a venture fund/incubator where he served as General Counsel to the Redwood Ventures family of venture funds and advised its affiliated technology incubator, Comstellar Technologies, Inc. Prior to that he was an Associate at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), and in-house council at Acer America Corporation. Brian’s musical weapon of choice is guitar (southpaw, naturally).
