Additionally, held senior positions in business development and marketing with companies such as Barnes & Noble.com, Dun & Bradstreet, AllBusiness.com, and the Penguin Putnam Publishing Group. Led successful strategic alliance negotiations and developed business plans for various partnerships, including overseas joint ventures.
Graduated with a J.D. cum laude, in 2005 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, staff member of the University of San Francisco Law Review and elected to the McAuliffe Honor Society. Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William & Mary.
