Brian Farmer is the CTO of Sponto and was respsonbible for the design and implementation of the entire Sponto platform including Android mobile clients, location infrastructure, party detection heuristics and Mongo DB implementation.
Previous to Sponto, Brian was the first technical hire at leading Job sites Careerbuilder.com and JobFox.com.
At Careerbuilder and JobFox, again, Brian was the first technologist hired and he singlehandedly wrote the entire scalable backends for both companies in their early days. Brian was a key architect and member of technical staff for Careerbuilder up to and through their eventual IPO.
