Brett joined Crocs, Inc in 2002 as one of the first 10 employees and original angel investor. Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX) had a $1.6 billion IPO four years later in 2006. Brett left Crocs in 2007, and started Generation Think Tank, a digital marketing consultancy. Since 2002, Brett has been investing in startups in the aerospace, consumer products, internet/technology, food and beverage industries. Currently, Brett is the Vice President of Business Development and Board member at AVX Aircraft Company. He is a Limited Partner in several early-stage venture capital funds that focus on internet, software and technology investments. In addition to his investing and entrepreneurial efforts, Brett serves on the Board of The Q Fund, a children’s center and school in Ndola, Zambia.
