Brett H. Pojunis is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New Media Plus.
Mr. Pojunis is responsible for developing the business model, creating the business processes, establishing the retail locations, overseeing sales and marketing, business development and securing the funding for New Media Plus. Mr. Pojunis is co-Founder and a Director of LV Media Group.Com
Prior to NewMediaPlus, Mr. Pojunis founded Club Scene Media Group, Inc. (Club Scene). Started as VegasClubScene.Com, Club Scene is based in Las Vegas, NV and is now developing a niche social network for nightlife, entertainment and fashion. Club Scene is also an events company and has produced over 320 events since its inception in 2003.
Mr. Pojunis is founder of dealguys.net, an exclusive niche social network for investment professionals, executives of public companies and executives from other businesses related the financial markets can connect, recommend and present opportunities to each other. In addition to the social network dealguys produces events where members can interact and network with each other.
Mr. Pojunis was the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Liquid Consulting Group, Inc. from 2001 until it was acquired in 2005. The Liquid Consulting Group was a full service investor and public relations boutique firm that has been a financial consultant to a number of public companies, most of which were involved in Internet related businesses.
From 1999 until May 2007, Mr. Pojunis was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Design Group, a web development and graphic design firm. In 2005 and 2006 Mr. Pojunis spearheaded 2 acquisitions that helped Liquid Design Group expand into India which strengthened their position as a global outsourcing firm with offices in India as well as the United States.
Mr. Pojunis has been a consultant to many companies from high tech Internet and media companies to traditional Brick and Mortar companies. Mr. Pojunis resides on the Board of Directors of 4 public companies, 3 private companies and 2 organizations. Mr. Pojunis also has military training ranging from Civil Affairs Specialist (38A) to Combat Engineer (12B). While in the US ARMY he was awarded the Outstanding American award twice, the second time with honorable mention. Mr. Pojunis studied Environmental Liberal Arts at Green Mountain College and Entrepreneurship classes at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Mr. Pojunis also attended elective International Business and Finance classes at Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Pojunis is furthering his education at the School of Hard Knock and towards the end of his career hopes to graduate Summa Cum Laude.
