Brent joined SurveyMonkey in April 2009. Prior to SurveyMonkey, he was an Associate with Spectrum Equity Investors, a private equity firm. While at Spectrum, Brent was responsible for sourcing and executing Internet and online media transactions and was a member of the deal team that completed the SurveyMonkey acquisition in April 2009.
Prior to Spectrum, Brent was an Investment Banking Analyst with Piper Jaffray’s technology group, focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Before that, Brent was a Research Analyst at Andor Capital, a long/short, technology focused hedge fund. Brent earned a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
