Brady Bohrmann has over 20 years of experience as a venture capitalist and operating executive in both information technology and biotech.
He currently serves on the boards of Avalon portfolio companies Ad Summos, Afraxis, Backupify, Carolus, Cloudant, Inc., Cloudkick (acquired by Rackspace), Nabbr, Pictela (acquired by AOL), Twinstrata and Simulmedia.
Previously he served as a general partner of Masthead, an early-stage venture capital firm that he co-founded it in 1997. While at Masthead his investment activities focused on digital media and information technology companies including Chumby Industries, ExpoTV, Intercasting, Corp., Liquid Machines, Nexaweb Technologies and Tremor Media.
Previously, Brady served as President and COO of Watson Technologies, a venture-capital-backed, privately held telecommunications hardware company, and CFO of Alpha-Beta Technology, a publicly held biotechnology company.
Brady holds a B.S. in finance from Babson College.
