Brad O'Neill is a Berkeley based entrepreneur and angel investor operating across the enterprise infrastructure and consumer web markets.

Brad is co-founder and CEO of TechValidate Software, a market leading B2B content automation software platform. As an investor, Brad focuses on very early stage intellectual property or companies that possess capital efficient models. He was the first angel investor and advisor to StumbleUpon, discovering the founders in 2005 and ultimately bringing them to the US later that year. He also discovered the founding technical team of Canadian mobile payment player Zetawire, guiding their US operations and subsequent acquisition by Google in 2010.

Brad is currently an investor and board member at AdPredictive, an online ad targeting service leveraging advanced collaborative filtering techniques, and at Connected Data, a consumer data storage company. He is also active as an investor and advisor to Yummly and Caringo Software. Additionally, he currently serves on advisory boards for several other ventures across the web and infrastructure space, including GigaOm, Viridity, Nevex, Acunu, and Axcient.

Brad was an angel investor and early management team member at PolyServe (acquired by HP, 2007) and an early management team member at StorageNetworks Inc., helping grow that company from seed stage to its very successful IPO on NASDAQ in 2000.
