Brad Anderson believes that constant innovation is required to enhance the quality of the customer experience. He joined Best Buy, a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services, in 1973 and was named Vice President in 1981. In 1986, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and was elected to Board of Directors before climbing to Vice Chairman in 2001 and in June 2002, he assumed the position of CEO. Anderson also serves on the following boards: American Film Institute, Best Buy Children’s Foundation, General Mills, Minnesota Public Radio, Retail Industry Leaders Association and Waldorf College.
