Boris leads Dr. Chrono’s business development and strategic partnership initiatives. In addition, Boris currently is an equity research analyst at Rodman & Renshaw LLC, a New York-based investment bank. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, M&A negotiations, valuation, and operational budgeting from his Wall Street and management consulting experience. Boris holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Stanford University, Bachelor’s of Science in Physics and Chemistry from Stony Brook University, FINRA series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses, and is currently a level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
