Boris Mordkovich is the co-founder of EVELO Electric Bicycle company. As a serial entrepreneur specializing in technology and alternative transportation, his goal is to get more people on bikes more often.
His current company, EVELO, offers stylish, long-range electric bicycles that make cycling more attractive and accessible for commuting, exercising, and recreational opportunities in an environmentally friendly manner.
Prior to EVELO, Boris helped launch RelayRides – the world’s first person-to-person carsharing organization, which garnered a $13 million investment from Google and has expanded to multiple cities across the US. He also contributed to Tour d’Afrique, a bicycle adventure company organizing and leading trans-continental cycling expeditions in Africa and other remote destinations. Boris has also been a Kiva fellow, helping to arrange micro-loans in a number of third-world nations.
