Boris runs NearVerse, makers of LoKast and NearCloud proximity technology.
LoKast is a mobile cloud service for Spaces, real-time interaction mediums used by application providers, businesses, and organizers to enhance their apps, places, media, events, settings, enterprise activities, and other primary offerings. NearVerse also makes a best-of-breed proximity technology system that generates 5-10x faster speeds and 5-10x better location ID accuracy, by unifying device-to-device connections (using 802.11) and cloud networking, into a single optimized system. Boris founded NearVerse to create LoKast and build the proximity Internet, and heads up the company as the CEO.
Previously, Boris helped start LightSquared, and as the VP of Corporate Development and Technology Strategy, helped grow the company into a multi-billion dollar U.S. 4G wholesale wireless network, working to power the wireless offers of some of the biggest Internet and consumer companies in U.S. Boris graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with finance, operations management, and systems engineering degrees.
