Bong Koh is currently co-founder and CEO of Lifecrowd and a founding advisor of Grapheffect. Prior to Lifecrowd, Bong was a co-founder of ibeatyou (now part of Photobucket). In addition, Bong was an EIR and Principal at Prism VentureWorks (investments include Maven [acquired by Yahoo], MMetrics [acquired by Comscore], TheReceivablesExchange, 5to1 [acquired by Yahoo], Mota, Logmein, Kickapps [acquired by KIT Digital] and Conduit Labs [acquired by Zynga]). Bong was also an integral member of the consumer investing team at Advanced Technology Ventures in Palo Alto.
His first startup experience was at Organic which he joined pre-IPO in NY where helped build the strategy group. He left Organic to co-found Mobilocity which ultimately became Qualcomm’s Enterprise Services Group (through the acquisition of Wireless Knowledge).
Bong has also worked at McKinsey in Palo Alto and Los Angeles and began his career in New York at Salomon Smith Barney in Mergers and Acquisitions. He holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
