Mr. Wagner leads Pacific Corporate Group’s finance and accounting department. Prior to joining PCG, he spent 20 years with Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation serving in numerous capacities including Senior Manager of their Internal Audit function, Plant Controller of manufacturing facilities located in Connecticut and Indiana, Regional Controller over 35 facilities with a combined $1 billion in annual sales in the Southeast and Central areas, and Finance Director responsible for accounting and finance for the company’s $2 billion corporate sales group, as well as their Asia operations, Display and Graphics, and Automated Packaging Systems. Mr. Wagner earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois in Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant.
