Billy is the Lead Software Architect/Developer of Artist & Brand Platforms at Myspace.com. His applications are used widely by major brands both here in the US and internationally to built and power custom micro-sites and contests on Myspace.com. His systems include the Audition platform that powered American Idol's first online "City", Glee Casting Call, If I Can Dream auditions, Ford Model Search, and many more.
Billy specializes in rapidly scaling applications by leveraging complimentary technologies (such as Memcached and Redis) and implementing strict structural design standards.
Previously he worked as the Director of Business Development for Mountain West Research during the 2008 primaries where he was responsible for the rapid growth and success of web-based market research and played an integral part in President Obama's fast-paced responsive media campaigning.
