Consolidated 10 Motorola product groups down to 3 helping the Motorola Connected Home business unit become the most profitable business unit during my tenure, with earnings growth of more than 46% year over year. Formed and led Kodak’s Commercial Digital Imaging Channel Group improving EBITDA 166% in 8 quarters.
END CUSTOMER AND CHANNEL PARTNER FOCUS: developed and installed first complex-technology reseller programs for AT&T, Kodak, and Intelligent Electronics including partner recruiting, education, development, and support. IE’s Advanced Technology business unit sales volume increased 3.5 times.
