Scott Beale / Laughing Squid
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Power Integrations, Bill Roeschlein led all accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, tax and compliance functions. Bill also drove key project initiatives within the Company’s investor relations, business development and operations teams with decision support, financial modeling, and accounting implications of M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Power Integrations, Bill was Chief Financial Officer at Selectica where he was part of a turnaround team that successfully led the Company to cash flow positive financial results.
Bill also served as an expatriate finance director (Japan) and assistant corporate controller at Asyst Technologies, where he completed an equity and debt offering to finance its 51% interest in Asyst-Shinko, a leader in semiconductor transport systems.
Bill holds a B.A. with honors from UCLA and an MBA from Cornell University. He is also a California CPA.
