Bill Moorier

Bill Moorier is the VP of Software Development at Justin.tv Inc. Among other responsibilities, he wrote the chat system (front and back end) for Justin.tv.

Previous to working at Justin.tv, Bill was an early hire at NetPD (acquired by Macrovision in 2003). He has a PhD in mathematics from the University of Nottingham.
