Bill Lapcevic is the VP of Customer Success for New Relic, Inc. a Software Analytics company. Bill oversees Customer Success Management (Account Management), Education, Expert Services, Renewals, and Support.
Prior to Customer Success, Bill founded and ran the Business Development team at New Relic inking deep partnerships with PaaS, Hosting, and other distribution partners like Heroku/Salesforce, Redhat, and Rackspace as well as large technical alliances with Amazon, Microsoft, Pivotal, and Google.
Bill believes strongly that SaaS is the "sport of the future", that culture matters, and that life is too short to work with people you don't like or respect.
