As COO, Bill plays an especially valuable role in creating the proper “flow and links” between different tasks, operations, and departments of the company. Bill is deeply involved in improving the quality of the team and the results it produces through coaching, trouble-shooting, project-planning, and problem-solving. Bill has held management and executive level positions in technology and financial services companies, including Merrill Lynch, Sylvan Learning Systems, and played a key role in the evolution of AOL/Time Warner’s Advertising.com unit. Bill graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in economics. Bill is married with two lovely daughters, and resides in Columbia, MD.
