Bill joined Oxane in April 2009. Prior to Oxane, Bill managed hydraulic fracturing operations for Schlumberger for 35 years where he most recently served as Vice President for Sales focused on the Midcontinent region of the United States.

During his tenure in this role, Bill’s business segment grew from $682 million to more than $2 billion in sales and became the largest “geomarket” within Schlumberger.

At Schlumberger, Bill managed a number of critical accounts at the senior manager level including Southwestern Energy (“SEECO”) and Chesapeake Energy.
