Currently, he serves as the CTO of Latakoo. Additionally, he is the Geek in Residence at the Edinburgh Festivals Innovation Lab, providing technology advice and curating projects for some of the world’s largest arts festivals. Prior to this, he co-founded Elgg, the open source social networking platform, and Curverider, the company created to support it.

He’s privately working on (idno)[http://idno.co/], a decentralized Tumblr competitor for power users and commercial communications.
