Ben graduated in Physics from Edinburgh University and subsequently worked for Kleinwort Benson Ltd in London. He joined Noble in 1990 and was appointed Chief Executive in 1997 and Chairman in 2007. He is also Chairman of Reform Scotland and a non-executive director of Martin Currie Portfolio Investment Trust plc, Fidelity Special Values plc and a Governor of the Patrons of the National Galleries of Scotland.
