Previously, Bart was President International at Netlog. Before that, he was SVP at SBS Media Europe, which got acquired for 3.3B Euros by ProSiebensat1 Media. Before that, he spent 8 years at Belgacom, where he was CEO of Belgacom Skynet and Belgacom Interactive Digital Television.

Bart also sits on the boards of companies in Belgium and California, as well as a number of non-profits and music related organisations.
