Barry White / GamesChart
Barry is a technology entrepreneur and has spent 10 years specialising in the digital distribution of interactive content on mobile and online gaming platforms. He is currently the CEO & co-founder of GamesChart.com, the definitive chart for casual online games and a new revenue stream for game developers.
In 2007, Barry founded GameJacket, a popular in-game advertising platform used by Flash Developers to monetise free-to-play casual online games. The service quickly attracted a large following of game developers and within 12 months of launching into beta, GameJacket was delivering 50 million ad impressions each month. Prior to GameJacket, he helped to launch the casual games company SoGoPlay, which was acquired by the British video game developer and publisher Eidos Interactive in 2007 and then adopted as their global brand for casual games. Barry was also one of the first individuals in the UK to establish a network of mobile content websites offering downloadable ringtones, screensavers and mobile games.
Barry is well known within game development circles and you will find him actively contributing to a number of groups discussing the development, monetization and distribution of casual online games.
