Barry comes to Rivet with more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Most recently, he was CFO of Diamond Wire Material Technologies, a manufacturing company focused in the solar energy industry. Prior to joining Diamond Wire, Barry was a Managing Director at Green Manning & Bunch, a middle market investment bank where he spent nearly ten years executing merger & acquisition and financing transactions. Prior to Green Manning & Bunch, Barry worked at Bank of America in the Structured Finance Group where he provided capital to middle market companies in leveraged buyout transactions and at Ernst & Young where he was a CPA in the audit practice. Barry graduated from Northwestern University with an undergraduate degree in Economics, DePaul University with a masters degree in Accounting and The University of Chicago with an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting.
