Barbara Jarzab

As chief of measurement science at M:Metrics, Jarzab is responsible for consumer research methodologies and measurement data reporting.

Prior to joining M:Metrics, Jarzab was vice president and chief of measurement science at NetRatings, provider of the Nielsen//NetRatings services, the Internet industry’s source for media and market research. As the chief of measurement science, Jarzab was responsible for directing methodology and product standards for all global Nielsen//NetRatings products as well as contributing to executive-level strategic planning.

Earlier in her career, Jarzab served as senior vice president for panel analytics and product management at Information Resources, a global leader in providing market content, analytic services and business performance management solutions to the consumer packaged goods industry. At IRI, Jarzab held a variety of positions with increasing levels of responsibility over 15 years, focusing mainly on panel-based products and services.

Jarzab earned a master’s degree in social policy research from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in economics from De Paul University.
