Head of Business Development at InVendor, President of Kairos Society, Central Eastern Europe

Balazs is an enthusiastic and commited fan of innovation and turning an idea into reality. His focus lies on startups with outstanding growing potentials globally. By connecting startup companies with international investors (seed investors, VCs) his goal is to contribute to the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Central Eastern Europe. Beside the global best practices he has a significant insight into the regional characteristics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Central Eastern Europe (Hungary, Romania, Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia).

He has gained his experience from several firms including e-business research centers, market research companies and BIG4 companies (Deloitte, KPMG). Balazs is a committed activist in the non profit sector as a founder and former president of Alliance for E-commerce Young Section in Hungary and the current President of Kairos Society Central Eastern Europe. In order to foster the regional innovation ecosystem Balazs is focusing on connecting Central Eastern Europe into the global startup scene.
