Babar is by profession a Solution Architect working for Teradata EMEA since 2005 onwards. He is also founder of a couple of online businesses.
He is a graduate in Computer Systems Engineering from the Ghulam Ishaq Khan (GIK) Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology. Currently working in Teradata – Global Consulting Center, Pakistan, as Solution Architect. He started in the beginning of 2005 and was quickly promoted to ETL Lead in 3 months. He then moved to a position of Technical Manager and Business Analyst in his various projects. His engagements enriched him with diverse knowledge of complete Data Warehousing methodology and Business Realization. He also leads Teradata EMEA ETL Community of Practice within EMEA region. He also leads Teradata Technical Solutions Process Improvement Programme in Teradata. He has been recognized by several Customers to be an excellent Consultant, Architect and a Leader. He has also acquired multiple awards & achievements within Teradata for his consultancy excellence.
He has successfully lead & won Pre-Sale activities at more than 9 clients in EMEA and around 8 Post-Sale implementations of Enterprise Data Warehouse.
