Austin Lavin was the CEO myfirstpaycheck.com, which he co-founded in 2007 with his sister Celeste Lavin. Myfirstpaycheck.com is a job-posting site for young adults. Along with job and volunteer opportunities, Myfirstpaycheck.com provides advice and resources to help young people have a more successful job application process.

After selling myfirstpaycheck.com in March, 2010, Austin Lavin joined the Jackson Square Group, a market research technology firm as the Marketing Manager.

Austin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is based in New Orleans.
