He has more than 17 years of experience in customer service, sales, international business development, product management and channel management. Prior to joining Vello, Atul was the Director of Consulting and Implementation Services at MRSI Consulting, a management consulting firm engaged in organizational development, sales and customer service process design, and financial planning. At MRSI he worked with clients to develop customer service and sales teams and design processes to create world-class customer service environments. Prior to MRSI, Atul worked for Saint-Gobain, a Fortune 50 company, where he was responsible for international sales, customer service, channel management and product management.
