Assaf Koren was Kutano’s co-founding CEO up until March 1st, 2009 he than later moved into his new role as Chief Strategic Officer. As CEO, Assaf Koren secured the initial investment necessary for developing the Kutano product from the ground up. Assaf built and elite team of dedicated engineers and championed the development of Kutano. He continues to share responsibility for Kutano’s day-to-day operations.
After graduating from the Tel-Aviv University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Assaf started his career at Polycom Networks leading the IP+ project development, Assaf was responsible for the design of a multipoint video connectivity system with gateway capability through disparate networks. Assaf also served as the Head of Technology (Embedded Group.) of Startlabs Research Corp. a Canadian based company. Where later he served as Scrapboy Digital Media Corp. President and CEO.
