Ashok Vemuri is a Member of the Executive Council and Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) group. He is also a member of the Board of Infosys Consulting Inc.
Ashok joined Infosys in 1999 and has performed multiple leadership roles. Earlier, he was the Head of Infosys’ Canada and Eastern North America Region.
As a member of the Executive Council, Ashok plays a significant role in defining the company’s strategic direction and is also responsible for business operations in the Americas.
Ashok holds a degree in Physics from St. Stephens College, Delhi, and a degree in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
