As Director of Ad Operations, Paczolt is accountable to focus on monetization and optimization of website inventory through negotiating deals with networks and agencies. Paczolt evaluates the best vertical networks to work with, while watching discrepancies, fill rates, eCPMs, and CTRs. Paczolt has spent the majority of her career working as a data analyst and optimization strategist. Paczolt has a strong comprehension in online advertising, online services, marketing, and company/product branding. Prior to joining the Altitude Digital executive team, Paczolt had a wide range of experience new business development, account management, and ad operations.
