Aparna works at CHOP, where she is responsible for analysis, design, and documentation of customer business processes, information technology, and human capital for projects to build newer and efficient software system .
Her recent project was based on resource utilization, internal mobile messaging services, billing and compliances issues related to management and storage of patient’s payment information.
Before joining CHOP, she worked at the ML, where she defined systems requirements, specifications for the customer’s online Portfolio and Accounts using agile methodology.
Aparna also worked at Accenture and the educational testing services, where she was involved in the design and development of image management system for the ETS testing products.
Prior to this she worked at Osborn labs and Cerner corp. as a senior programmer and managed to develop system specifications, prototyping applications, testing and providing client support for the same.
She has an MS and MBA from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and B. Tech from TCE, Tamilnadu.
