Anton Kast joined Digg as the Lead Scientist in July 2007.
Prior to Digg, Kast was the Chief Architect at Light Crafts and a senior software engineer at Network Physics, Inc. He has an A.B. Physics from the University of Chicago (1989) and a Ph.D. in Physics from U.C. Berkeley (1995).
