Anthony Ferrara is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and a Co-Founder of Abillo. He has an excellent and rare blend of business and tech capabilities which enable him to consistently complete software projects ahead of schedule and under budget. He is experienced in leading global teams of hi-tech professionals and passionate about not only making software work, but making software and technology come alive. He is a modern Software Architect and technical environment Landscaper.
He is a frequent speaker at many Open Source Industry events and has been publishing about Joomla! CMS speed and security improvements on various blogs and websites for several years. Prior to his involvement in Abillo, he had served as a Development Coordinator and Core Team member of the Joomla! open source project. He also led the maintenance and security teams at Joomla!. Professionals who have worked with Anthony all agree that they have never seen anyone with his ability to produce large amounts of rock solid, innovative and secure code in incredible little time.
