Annie Meeks is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ThinkQ. Widely regarded as a leading subject matter expert in OMB A-76 Studies, Annie is responsible for ThinkQ’s strategic vision. She is a sought after expert by many high level DoD personnel and was asked to testify before Congress on A-76 issues. Annie is a retired US Air Force officer (Lt. Col. Ret.), holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a Masters of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
