Ann Marie oversees finance, accounting, and human resources. She joined Voltaix in 2004 and has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of accounting positions at private and public companies, including Reichhold, Cambrex, and Rutherford Chemicals. At her last two employers, she played an instrumental role in restructuring group financial operations and obtaining financing for expansion of operations. Ann Marie is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s College, and has an M.B.A from Rutgers
