Anil D. Aggarwal has been a leader in emerging payments and financial services for over a decade. He is the Chairman and CEO of TxVia, a technology company that has transformed transaction processing with the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) delivery model. Mr. Aggarwal is also the founder of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), the nonprofit, inter-industry trade organization for network branded prepaid cards, for which he served as Chairman from inception in 2005 to 2009.
Previously, Mr. Aggarwal co-founded and served as CEO of Prepaid Media, a trade media company which created the Paybefore publication as well as the Prepaid Expo conference, both of which are now properties of IIR USA. Earlier, Mr. Aggarwal served as CEO and a director of TSYS Prepaid, a wholly- owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS), and it’s predecessor, Clarity Payment Solutions, a prepaid processing company, which he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Aggarwal received a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.
