Atomic, H30 and Theorem-developed analytics technology and IP were acquired by Huntsworth plc on March 23, 2011 in a multi-year deal valued in the middle eight figures. Andy remains active in the management of the companies, which have continued to achieve double digit growth.
Founded in 2007, Theorem Ventures invests in early and mid-stage Internet, social, mobile and deep tech companies. Theorem portfolio companies include Smule, Visual.ly, Moonfruit (acquired 2012 by Yell), Kidzui (acquired 2012 by Saban), Delphix, Pixt, Sokanu, MileSense, Pagelever, Traackr, FundersClub, Trustpipe and others.
Andy and associates have managed the PR and social media for more than 100 start up launches in the past 6 years. More than 40 Atomic clients have been acquired or IPO’d during the same time including Evolve, Outerbay, Webify, Vurv, StepUp Commerce, Photobucket, Rapt, Xign, Bebo, AdWhirl, Mint.com, TutorVista, Simplify Media, Milo, Velti, Fusion.io, Arcsight, Moonfruit and more than 20 others.
