Andy Althauser is our executive vice president of Marketing and Customer Integration. Andy has extensive performance improvement and reward strategy experience including 5 years at Business Incentives and 7 years at MotivAction where he led the development of innovative incentive platforms and directed award solution strategy. Andy is a member of the Incentive Marketing Association and has served on the Online Incentive Council. Andy has a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
