Andrew Summers joined Enterprise Partners in 2006 after previously serving as a summer associate with the firm. He works with existing portfolio companies on business operations and analysis and conducts due diligence on potential investments.
Prior to joining Enterprise Partners, Andrew spent over six years in investment banking and related consulting roles where he provided strategic and financial advisory services to emerging growth and middle market companies. In these capacities, Andrew worked closely with management teams to develop strategic business plans and raise private equity, mezzanine debt, and senior debt from leading institutional investors. Additionally, Andrew served as a volunteer consultant to a non-profit community development venture capital fund and is a former board member of Cancer Lifeline, a non-profit organization dedicated to optimizing the quality of life for all people living with cancer.
Andrew received a B.A. in Finance from Washington State University, where he graduated with honors and an MBA from The UCLA Anderson School of Management.
