Andrew Playford

Andrew Playford is currently the founder and CEO of Pike Productions, Inc, a mobile app studio and publisher of the app Snark.ly and the iPhone game Kaption.it.

Andrew has worked in the internet technology sector in both New York, Chicago and now San Francisco. Prior to Pike Productions,Inc, Andrew also co-founded Signature Days (Chicago), an online retailer of lifestyle gifts and SmartRay Networks (New York), a platform for real time mobile alerting. The latter being sold for $36mm.

Prior to SmartRay, Andrew held a senior executive role at Think New Ideas, a NASDAQ listed integrated marketing services firm headquartered in New York. He started his career in the Management Consultancy group at Price Waterhouse in London.

Andrew holds a B. Bus. Science from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England & Wales.
