Prior to BMO Capital Markets, Andrew was an Investment Banking Analyst with SVB Alliant, a leading technology advisory firm and a subsidiary of SVB Financial Group. Andrew’s transaction experience includes: the acquisition of Kiwiplan by Illinois Toolworks (NYSE: ITW), the acquisition of Datawire by First Data (NYSE: FDC), the acquisition of Revivio by Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC), the divestiture of Alphasem AG from Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) and subsequent acquisition by Kulicke & Soffa (NASDAQ: KLIC), and the acquisition of Apogee Photonics by Cyoptics.
