Andrew Kaplan is fournder of multiple startup companies including ARK Sales Autmation Group, Softwre Training of America, eWarrior, and MediaMensch. He has a broad background in both traditional media at companies such as HBO and The Movie Channel, where he worked as a financial analyst in the sales and marketing and new business planning areas. He was credted with building a litigation tracking system for HBO and in his own ventures created a product in 1993 called Fax Warrior which could send out 10,000 faxes in one minute from ACT! contact management software and a commercial fax broadcast servi He created and produced the first Socilal Media Motorsports Summit in January 2010 (www.socialmediamotorsports.com) and created one of the first localized social networking groups for Charlotte, NC called LinktoCharlotte.
Kaplan is an award winning Toastmaster (NC President of the Year) and speaks in front of groups and organizations across the country on topics such as social media marketing and branding. He also advises startup company entrepreneurs on strategic marketing and positioning. One of his clients won the first “Green Idea of the Year Award” from the Charlotte Business Journal.
