Andrew Fox

It started in 1995 when Andrew started Club Planet as a tool to help him get into clubs.

Andrew believed millions of people shared his passion for nightlife. Club Planet started as a virtual community dedicated to serving this enormous and untapped market. Fast forward - Club Planet has grown into the largest nightlife resource in the Western Hemisphere reaching more consumers at night than any other company in the United States.

In the late nineties Andrew founded Way Communications, one of America’s first independent Internet Service Providers. Shortly after Andrew bought Tumble Interactive, a Web Development company. A year later he stared 3G Communications, a Wireless Tower Communication business. By 2002 Andrew had sold all three companies to concentrate exclusively on his first passion, Club Planet. By this time, Club Planet had a following of over 1 million registered users. Andrew realized an offline component was desperately needed if he wanted to realize its true growth potential. By 2003 Andrew purchased a majority stake in Track Entertainment, and created TMG a holding company that connected brands and consumers through events, social media and television.

As the CEO and of TMG , Andrew:

  • Serves as Executive Producer of concerts featuring artists such as : Green Day, Beyonce, Maria Carey, Jay Z, Kanye West and many others.

  • Severed as an Executive Producer on The Ultra Music Festival and Global Gathering Festival (and several others).

  • Partner in Wantickets.com - the 8th largest online ticketing company in the country.

  • Founded Holiday Events - the largest holiday event producer in the country owner of New Years.com and many other holiday online brands

Andrew is also a partner in Blackbook Media, College Media Network, Kidville.com, MobileStorm.com, DirectoryM.com, NocheLatina, OrganizedWisdom.com, Start Up Health, and Wodka.

Andrew is the former President of the New York Chapter of The ChairScholars Foundation, a charity which assists children with severe disabilities. Since 1996, ChairScholars has awarded more than 550 children with scholarships for college and vocational school. Andrew is on the board of directors for The Conrad Foundation who’s mission is to transform the High School Experience by combining innovation, entreprenuership and education. Andrew is also a member of YPO and is the Membership Chair of The Global Diplomacy and Public Policy Network.
