Andres spends most of his time coming up with new ideas for online products. He can be seen chasing developers around with mock-ups designed in PowerPoint.
Andres began his career in market research over 10 years ago as a call center interviewer for Consumer Contact and has worked his way up the industry ladder by moving to operations-based and eventually client-side Research Manager Roles. During this time, Andres expressed his passion for web marketing by launching a number of successful websites with no budget at all – particularly RideJudge.com, which Andres developed with a partner in 2001. RideJudge.com is currently one of the largest auto enthusiast sites.
In 2002, Andres launched DecalDriveway.com, an e-commerce website focusing on auto decals and vinyl graphics. DecalDriveway is now the largest auto decal site on the net turning a profit since day one.
Along with Andres’ work in Market Research, his e-commerce sites have been a driving force in building his internet marketing expertise, allowing him to specialize in areas such as concept development, viral/dynamic content, user generated media, search engine marketing and affiliate marketing.
During his role as Senior Interactive Media Analyst for Ipsos Interactive Services, Andres applied his extensive internet marketing and research experience as the lead in many projects. Some projects included Poll Predictor for Facebook, PollShare and PluginPanel.
He was recently the V.P. of Interactive Media at Conversition.com leading projects such as TweetFeel, MatterMeter and Evolisten.
He is now back at Ipsos as the Director of Interactive Product Development.
Andres is obsessed with finding new market research methods and spends much of his time exploring ways to innovate and engage online users.
