Andreas is an expert on the analysis of ultra high-throughput DNA sequence data and has published methods in whole-genome mammalian assembly, metagenomics, and population genetics.
Andreas received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
